The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Eastern Ecological Science Center at Patuxent Research Refuge, Laurel, MD has a requirement to assemble (7) 12ft x 50ft leased modular units, install skirting, install code compliant access ramps or stairs, and connect finished complex to utilities including water, sewer, electricity, and data/phone which are all located within 150ft of the site. The contractor will also furnish and install a Kohler KG45 propane fueled genset. The modular units, skirting, ramps or stairs, and propane tank are all customer-provided. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $150,000. There will be a site visit held at Eastern Ecological Science Center, 12100 Beech Forest Road, Laurel, MD at 1:00 PM ET, September 2, 2021.
