The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Century Geophysical LLC located at 1223 S 71st E Ave, Tulsa, OK, to transfer its existing geophysical logging equipment installed on an aging vehicle onto a replacement vehicle. The vehicles and equipment are possessed by the USGS New York Water Science Center (NYWSC) in Troy, New York. Completion of the project will take an estimated 120 days after award. There will be no option years. Century Geophysical, LLC is the only firm that possesses the necessary schematics, hardware and software, and replacement parts to transfer the logging system. The equipment is designed and manufactured by the company. No other manufacturer produces equipment compatible with the Center¿s existing geophysical logging equipment. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency; however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
