The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for this installation. The project must be completed within 30 days of notice to proceed. Bonds required. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0121Q0196 will be issued on or about 8/5/2021 with written quotes due on or about 8/25/2021. See provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) in Section L of the solicitation for information on the site visit including the USGS point of contact. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 236210. The size standard is $39.5 million. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
