The performance location is 12100 Beech Forest Road in Laurel, Maryland. The project shall be completed within 60 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0120Q0185 will be issued on or about 8/2/2021 with written quotes due on or about 8/20/2021. CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. This acquisition will be competed using full and open competition procedures. The NAICS code is 238390.
