The acquisition is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is set aside for small business, NAICS 336611, size standard 1250 employees. The contractor selected for award will be the best value to the Government based on the evaluation criteria in the RFQ. Offerors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov to be awarded the contract.
