The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to for this requirement. The project must be started within 30 calendar days of the notice to proceed and shall be completed within 45 calendar days of the notice to proceed. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0121Q0149 will be issued on 6/16/2021 with written quotes due on 7/8/2021. There will be a site visit on 6/29/2021 at 9:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST). All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. See provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) in Section L of the solicitation for information on the site visit including the USGS point of contact. This acquisition is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. The NAICS code is 237110. The size standard is $39.5 million. The magnitude of construction is $25,000 to $100,000.00.
