Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) PFAS Analysis IDIQ The USGS Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) has an ongoing requirement for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) laboratory analysis services. It is anticipated that a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded in response to this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 13 ¿ Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Task Orders will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis for various analyses under this contract. The not-to-exceed ceiling for this IDIQ contract is 600 samples per year or 1200 samples over the period of performance of one base plus one option year. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories. The size standard is $16.5 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 5/20/2021. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to receive an award. All responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency.
