This is an announcement directing interested parties to the beta.sam.gov website where details of a U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0121Q0102 may be viewed. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. Discounted Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quotes are being requested for Concrete Repair/Paving/Sealing in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The posted RFQ contains a description of requirements, Instruction to Vendors, Statement of Work, and applicable clauses. All vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS) and are registered in SAM are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ. This is a total small business set-aside. A second organized site-visit is scheduled for June 22, 2021 at 9:00AM CDT. Firm-Fixed discounted quotes are due via email to mlepe@usgs.gov no later than 06/28/2021 at 11:00 AM CDT.
