AMENDMENT 3: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. clarify that the delivery destination is: Smith Full Throttle Marine LLC 11679 Cactus Jack Rd, Farmington, AR 72730 Phone: (479) 846-8044 and, 2. state that the shaft length is 20 inches. ORIGINAL SUMMARY: The U.S. Geological Survey, Lower Mississippi Gulf Water Science Center, intends to purchase one Mercury marine PXS outboard boat motor and parts to replace the existing equipment. Refer to section B.2. for specifications. This shall be a firm fixed-price purchase order set-aside for small businesses. The acquisition is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 333618, Size Standard 1,500 employees. The award will be made to the offer that is lowest price technically acceptable. RFQ Section E.3. provides instructions to offerors. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ prior to contract award. The deadline for quote packages is April 27, 2021.
