The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) has a requirement to construct a new room within the existing A3 main laboratory building at their facility located at 4200 New Haven road in Columbia, Missouri. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for this installation. The project must be completed within 60 days of the award. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0121Q0093 will be issued on or about 04/19/2021 with written quotes due on or about 05/07/2021. See provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) in Section L of the solicitation for information on the site visit including the USGS point of contact. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 236210. The size standard is $39.5 million. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated award date of the contract is 05/18/2021. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
