The insta... The U.S. Geological Survey, Eastern Ecological Science Center, located at 11649 Leetown Rd. Kearneysville, WV 25430 requires upgrade and installation of control systems in several buildings. The installed devices shall be compatible with existing control and monitoring equipment, as well as help reduce energy cost and maintain the building in comfort. An important requirement is to upgrade existing Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Enterprise Server(s) and associated Automation Server Network Controllers. The contractor must ensure an on-site superintendent oversees work. The project period of performance is 60 days. This solicitation is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS is 238210 and the size standard is $16.5 million. The award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to Government considering price and non-price factors approximately equal, with exception. A vendor must be registered at beta.sam.gov to be awarded the contract. There will be a site visit offered at the facility on April 20, as described under Section E.4.
