Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to provide revised Work Requirements, Section B.2.II.A. Original Notice: The U.S. Geological Survey, MD/DE/DC Water Science Center (WSC), Catonsville, MD, requires the installation of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units and emergency lights in case of a power failure. A site visit of the facility will be offered (see section E.4). This shall be a firm fixed-price purchase order for a performance period of 30 days. The acquisition is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 238210, Size Standard $16.5 million. The award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to Government based on price and past performance. RFQ Sections E.3. and E.6. provide instructions and evaluation factors. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract.
