Pond 20 Leak Repair at Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) The U.S. Geological Survey Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) has a requirement for pond 20 excavation to be performed at the facility located at 4200 New Haven road in Columbia, Missouri. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to address and stop any leakage from the pond. The project must be started within 15 calendar days of award and shall be completed within 15 business days of the start of the project. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0121Q0081 will be issued on 3/23/2021 with written quotes due on 4/8/2021. There will be a site visit on 3/31/2021 at 9:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST). All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. See provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) in Section L of the solicitation for information on the site visit including the USGS point of contact. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238910. The size standard is $16.5 million. The magnitude of construction is $25,000 to $100,000.00. The anticipated award date of the contract is 4/12/2021. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
