TITLE: Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Logging System for Water Monitoring The U.S. Geological Survey, New York Water Science Center, requires a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) logging system with downhole probe and digital module; control unit; drawworks; and software capable of providing high-resolution logs of NMR T2-decay, free and bound porosity, and hydraulic conductivity estimates from deep PVC-cased monitoring wells in the unconsolidated aquifer system of Long Island, New York. In addition, a three-day training and one-year warranty is required. Refer to solicitation section B.2. This shall be a firm fixed-price purchase order for a performance period of 120 days. The acquisition is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 334519, Size Standard 500 employees. The award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to Government based on price and technical documentation. RFQ Sections E.4. and E.5. provide instructions and evaluation factors. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract.
