The U.S. Geological Survey Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) has a requirement for installation of two (2) Energy Star rated, mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump systems at their facility located at 4200 New Haven road in Columbia, Missouri. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for this installation. The project must be completed within 30 days of the notice to proceed. There are no option periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0121Q0035 will be issued on or about 02/05/2021 with written quotes due on or about 02/19/2021. See provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) in Section L of the solicitation for information on the site visit including the USGS point of contact. This acquisition is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $16.5 million. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000. The anticipated award date of the contract is 03/01/2021. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
