Amendment: This requirement is for the USGS Northeast Region (not Southeast Region as previously indicated in this announcement). Amendment: The RFP will be posted on/about 10/20/20. No further information is available until the RFP is posted. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Southeast U.S. mission area has a requirement for on and off-site non-personal science and technical support services. The science and technical support services are required in the following categories: Administrative; Program Management Services; Research/Science; Data and Information Management; Computer Systems Administration, Operations, and Maintenance; Geospatial Applications, Modeling, and Associated Technologies; Web and Database Applications; and Technical Project Management. The Northeast mission area includes, but is not limited to, the following locations: Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center, Woods Hole, Massachusetts; Patuxent Wildlife Research Center, Laurel, Maryland; Florence Bascom Geoscience Center, Reston, Virginia; Eastern Geology Paleoclimate Science Center, Reston, Virginia; National Minerals Information Center, Reston, Virginia; Leetown Science Center, Kearneysville, West Virginia; Water Resources, Reston, Virginia; Virginia and West Virginia Water Science Center, Richmond, Virginia and Charleston, West Virginia A single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a five-year period will be awarded. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued competitively within the 8(a) program in accordance with Part 15 for competitive acquisitions. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541990. The corresponding Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard is $16.5 million. The closing date for submission of offers will be 30 days after issuance and will be included in the solicitation package. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for eligible 8(a) Business Concerns.
