The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, to CRU International Ltd. located in London, United Kingdom, for annual subscription renewal, to be delivered to USGS, National Minerals Info Center for the period of 11/01/2020 through 10/31/2021 There are option periods as follows: Option 1 11/01/2021- 10/31/2022 Option 2 11/01/202210/31/2023 CRU International Ltd. is the only available vendor to provide the required subscription for CRU reports The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation no later than 08/15/2016 which shall be considered by the agency.
