The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Southeast U.S. mission area has a requirement for on and off-site non-personal science and technical support services. The science and technical support services are required in the following categories: Administrative; Program Management Services; Research/Science; Data and Information Management; Computer Systems Administration, Operations, and Maintenance; Geospatial Applications, Modeling, and Associated Technologies; Web and Database Applications; and Technical Project Management. The Southeast mission area includes, but is not limited to, the following locations: Caribbean-Florida Water Science Center; Multiple Locations Columbia Environmental Research Center; Columbia, Missouri Lower Mississippi-Gulf Water Science Center; Multiple Locations St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center; St. Petersburg, Florida South Atlantic Water Science Center; Multiple Locations Wetland and Aquatic Research Center; Gainesville, Florida and Lafayette, Louisiana A single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a five-year period will be awarded. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued competitively within the 8(a) program in accordance with Part 15 for competitive acquisitions. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541990. The corresponding Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard is $16.5 million. The closing date for submission of offers will be 30 days after issuance and will be included in the solicitation package. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for eligible 8(a) Business Concerns.
