Background: The Government is hoping to identify vendors that can provide four customized reports as listed below from a Comprehensive, African Energy Live Data Platform: 1. African Energy LNG Terminals Custom Report 2. African Energy Electric Power Generating Facilities Custom Report 3. African Energy Electric Power Transmission Lines Custom Report 4. African Energy Oil and Gas Pipelines Custom Report grouped in one place. The specialists in the Materials Flow Analysis and Global Minerals Analysis sections of the USGS National Minerals Information Center in Reston, Virginia require these reports that are necessary for the completion of a special geospatial project on the extractive industry and supporting energy infrastructure of Africa. The Department of the Interior, United States Geological Survey, Reston Acquisitions Branch, Reston, VA, plans to contract this on a sole source basis to Cross-border Information Ltd. (CbI). Please note, this is a request for informational and sources sought. Responses are for informational purposes only.
