The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Vemco InnovaSea located Bedford Nova Scotia Canada B4B 0L9 for purchase of Acoustic Receivers and Transmitters to be delivered to Turners Falls, MA within 30 days of award. There are no option periods. Vemco InnovaSea, is the sole source provider of the Acoustic Receivers and Transmitters. There are no resellers, only Vemco InnovaSea can sell new VR2Tx-69kHz Coded Acoustic Receiver with Transponder and V9-2x Transmitter (Rounded Case). In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
