The U. S. Geological Survey, New York Water Science Center (NYWSC) has a requirement for GPS satellite tracking, messaging, and life-saving S.O.S services along with corresponding devices. Additionally, the GPS satellite tracking data will be provided to NYWSC on a continuous/real time basis to be utilized by the USGS in the Go2Mapper program which will allow for real-time mapping of personnel locations in the field. There are four option year periods. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0120Q0283 will be issued on or about 09/09/2020 with written quotes due on or about 09/18/2020. This acquisition is full and open competition The NAICS code is 517410. The size standard is $35.0 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 09/25/2020. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
