TITLE: Privacy-Protected Best-Management-Practice Conservation Data Analysis and Support - The U.S. Geological Survey, MD/DE/DC Water Science Center requires contractor services to: acquire privacy-protected conservation practice data from the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS) and Farm Service Agency (USDA- FSA); process and aggregate conservation practice data to protect producer privacy; provide the aggregated data to Chesapeake Bay watershed jurisdictions in support of their annual reporting needs; and to provide expert insights to the USGS on use of the privacy-protected data for research. This is a fixed price contract for a base period and four option years. Quote submissions are due on or before 09/03/2020.
