The U.S. Geological Survey, Patuxent Wildlife Research Center (PWRC), Laurel, MD, requires an elevator and wheelchair lift service contract to include monthly maintenance and repairs. The contract will be a combination firm fixed-price and time-and-materials contract, for a base period plus two option years. A site visit may be arranged for August 25 or 26 (see Section E.7 for details). The beginning of contract period of performance is 01/01/2021. The purchase is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $8 million. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. The purchase order will be awarded to the offeror submitting the best value to the Government. Offerors are advised to review Section E.3. for Instructions to Offerors for the Submission of Proposals and E.9. Evaluation Factors.
