Discounted Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quotes are requested for a Travel Trailer in accordance with the Statement of Need (SON). The posted request for quotes (RFQ) contains Attachment A, a description of the requirements, Instructions to Vendors, Statement of Need, and applicable clauses. All small business vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Dun & Bradstreet number (DUNS), and are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with an active status, no active exclusions, and no debt subject to offset are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ. Firm-fixed discounted quotes are due via email only to aepierre-louis@usgs.gov not later than Friday, 07/24/2020, 12 PM NOON, EDT. Questions are due to aepierre-louis@usgs.gov not later than Wednesday, 07/22/2020, 12 PM NOON EDT. Faxed or mailed responses and questions will not be accepted.
