The posted request for quotes (RFQ) contains a description of the requirements, Instructions to Vendors, Statement of Need, and applicable clauses. All vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Dun & Bradstreet number (DUNS), and are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with an active status, no active exclusions, and no debt subject to offset are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ.
