This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under FAR 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items) and FAR 12 (Commercial Items). All responsible sources may submit a quotation package which shall be considered by the agency. The government anticipates a single-award IDIQ contract, with a five-year period of performance, as a result of this solicitation. All funding will be obligated at the task order level.
