The U.S. Geological Survey, MD/DE/DC Water Science Center in Baltimore, MD, has a requirement for a statistician to develop new statistical approaches to increase the ability to attribute spatial and temporal changes in water quality in the Chesapeake Bay. The contractor will also provide ad-hoc statistical guidance and R code to USGS analysts. The contract will be a labor hour type contract with fixed labor rates, for a three year period of performance. The maximum contract value is not to exceed $150,000.00 over three years, but this amount is not guaranteed. RFQ 140G0120Q0142 will be issued on 05/13/2020 with written quotes due on 05/22/2020.
