This synopsis is a Pre-Solicitation Notice and not a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Department the of Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Earth Resources Observations and Science (EROS) Center has a requirement for Security Services. The Government anticipates an award of a performance based Firm Fixed Price type contract. Actual contractor performance is estimated to begin 09/01/2020 and will continue for a period of potentially 5 years.
