Routine Electrical Repair Work, Kearneysville, WV MODIFICATION 1 The purpose of this modification is to provide a revised Schedule of Services and Performance Work Statement(Attachment 1) that is more consistent with the requirements for routine, as-needed electrical services. Only the hourly rate for a licensed electrician will be evaluated. Note that the evaluation process considers Technical Approach/Capability and Past Performance, when combined, equal compared to Price.
