The requirement will include demolition of all existing offices, walls, restroom, and break area. Project is located 7920 NW 71st Street Gainesville, Florida 32653. The project shall be completed within 120 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0120Q0099 will be issued on or about 03/16/2020 with written quotes due on or about 03/30/2020. A site visit will be held. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given to Shane Ruessler 352.226.0347 or druessler@usgs.gov for attendees of the site visit. The date, time, and contact info for the site visit can be found in Section L in the Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. This acquisition is total small business set-a-side. The NAICS code is 236210. The size standard is $39.5 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 04/14/2020.
