The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for regular monthly and yearly preventative maintenance and routine repair/replacement service for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system for the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center in Laurel, Maryland with a period of performance of 03/16/2020 to 03/15/2021. There are two option periods. RFQ 140G0120Q0087 will be issued on 02/26/2020 with quotes due on 03/06/2020. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $16.5 Million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 03/10/2020. System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration is required in accordance with FAR 52.204-7.
