LABORATORY ANALYSES FOR CYANOTOXINS IN ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLES The U.S. Geological Survey is conducting a study focused on the Finger Lakes in New York to better understand the physical, chemical, and biological factors associated with harmful algal bloom development, duration, and decline. The USGS requests quotes for whole-water analysis of anatoxins, cylindrospermopsins, microcystins, and paralytic shellfish toxins, including congeners, by LC-MS/MS and/or HPLC with identification and quantification of as many congeners as possible. This will be an Indefinite-Quantity contract with fixed-price per sample and a period of five years. Work will be issued by task order in accordance with the performance work statement. The minimum quantity for the contract period is 125 samples and the maximum 1500 samples. The acquisition is NOT a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541380. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. The best value determination will be made considering capabilities/experience, past performance, and price. Submissions must provide enough detail to evaluate ability to perform technical requirements and include two or more references. Vendors may refer to Section E for Evaluation Criteria.
