TITLE: Artificial Intelligence Tools to Support Water Data QA/QC USGS requires information technology and management consulting services to assist the U.S. Geological Survey Maryland-Delaware-DC Water Science Center. The project involves researching the feasibility and requirements of machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) to support water data interpretation, data quality assurance and quality control. Based on initial findings, selected recommendations may be implemented to develop AI tools. This is a labor-hour contract with the first task not-to-exceed forty (40) hours and the optional second task not-to-exceed 160 hours. The estimated project period of performance is one year from date of award. Quote submissions are due on or before 12/06/2019. The award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to the Government, considering price, past performance and technical approach/capability.
