Geological Survey, Caribbean-Florida Water Science Center (CFWSC) has a requirement to cut and remove debris that fell during Hurricane Michael on the abandoned roadway that is the access point for the gaging station. Project is located in near Apalachicola River Chattahoochee, Florida . The project shall be completed within 30 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.00 Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0120Q0024 will be issued on or about 11/18/2019 with written quotes due on or about 12/03/2019. A site visit will be held. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given to Ron Knapp 850.363.1049 or rgknapp@usgs.gov for attendees of the site visit. The date, time, and contact info for the site visit can be found in Section L in the Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT.
