The U.S. Geological is seeking potential sources for availability of high-resolution imagery for the portion of the Kobuk River Valley and the coastal plain of ANWR as described in the scope of work. USGS will also acquire perpetual rights to display the imagery to the public. The two areas of interest total approximately 39,332 square kilometers. All interested firms shall submit a response demonstrating their capabilities to perform the requested service to the primary contact below. Firms responding should indicate whether their socioeconomic status (e.g. small business, service disabled veteran, woman/women owned, HUBZone, etc.). The Government's evaluation of the capabilities of respondents will factor into whether the forthcoming solicitation will be conducted using full and open competition or as a set-aside for small businesses or small business designation. This requirement is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract. The NAICS code is 541360. The size standard is $16.5 million. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. This sources sought notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government reimburse any costs associated with the submission of information in responses to this notice. Respondents will not individually be notified of the results of any government assessments.
