Geological Survey, Leetown Science Center has a requirement to replace the exterior windows, power wash, seal cracks in stucco, paint stucco and all exterior doors, frames and seal stone areas. Project is located in Kearneysville, WV 25430. The project shall be completed within 120 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is under $100,000 -$200,000 Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0119Q0135 will be issued on or about 05/14/2019 with written quotes due on or about 05/28/2019. A site visit will be held. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given to Roy Dodson 304.724.4457 or rdodson@usgs.gov for attendees of the site visit. The date, time, and contact info for the site visit can be found in Section L in the Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT.
