This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. This is a total small business set-aside. Discounted open market firm fixed price quotation packages are being requested for instructional design professional services related to the development of an anti-harassment e-learning course. The posted RFQ contains the instructions to vendors, statement of work, and applicable clauses. All vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Dun and Bradstreet Number and are registered in the System for Award Management are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ.
