Refer to section B.2. PWS and B.2.2.7 for this information. In addition, the purchase order will be awarded to the offeror submitting the best value proposal. Technical approach/capability is approximately equal in importance to price. Refer to section E.6.b. The deadline for submission is Thursday, April 11 at 2 p.m. ET. ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION (no change) The U.S. Geological Survey, Leetown Science Center (LSC) Kearneysville, WV, has a requirement for the purchase of a B-OSS-BA50 Brivo Onsite Server. This server shall be able to connect multiple ACS5000 and ACS6000 control panels and Brivo Controllers and accommodate up to 50 card readers. Additional requirements are described in the Performance Work Statement, section B.2. This is a fixed price contract. Work is to be completed 45 days after receipt of award. A site visit may be arranged, as described in Section E.4. Quote submissions are due on or before 04/10/2019. The award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to Government considering technical capabilities/approach and price. Refer to Section E.6, for further discussion of Evaluation Factors. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561621, and size standard $20.5 million.
