The purpose of Amendment 4 is to offer this RFQ for Full and Open Competition by dissolving the Small Business Set-Aside requirement. Dates are changed as follows: The deadline for quote submission is April 2, 2019. Award is anticipated by April 9 and work is to be performed within a two-week period between the date of award and May 17, 2019. SUMMARY: The USGS St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center (SPCMSC) has a requirement to improve facility security. At three entry point locations of our facility (two vehicle gates and the front entrance) the USGS SPCMSC requires an internal intercom system with ability to monitor visitor points of entry and grant access through existing building security mechanisms. All responsible sources submitting a bid or quotation shall be considered by the Government. Responses must be emailed to sruggles@usgs.gov; questions to the same address.
