As computing environments and mission requirements change over time, existing software may need to be revised, enhanced or may need to be replaced with new software. The intent of this procurement is to provide a full range of water-resources research and software engineering capabilities within a professional environment. This pre-solicitation notice serves as a notice that an anticipated solicitation will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting.
