Louisiana Red River NWR, LA The Department of Interior, US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award on a single source basis a firm fixed price contract with Fitzgerald Contractors, LLC for the continuation of the maintenance agreement for the maintenance, repair and unscheduled emergent repairs for the Fitzgerald System located at the Red River NWR Visitor Center, Bossier City, LA. These services include, but are not limited to, monthly and annual services, emergent repairs (if required), and parts (if required). The service site is located at 150 Eagle Bend Pointe, Bossier City LA 71112 The NAICS code is 238220, Maintenance/repair/rebuild of equipment-plumbing/HVAC The proposed acquisition action is for items and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b).
