This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Since contractor submissions are simply quotes under FAR Subpart 12.6, the Government is not obligated to determine a competitive range, conduct discussions with all quoters, solicit final revised quotes, and use other techniques associate with FAR part 15. The contracting techniques associated with FAR Part 15 do not apply. Introduction U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) Vieques (NWR)Vieques, PR has a requirement for 2 (EA) sport utility vehicles and shipment to Puerto Rico. Evaluation Criteria and Quote Submittal Instructions: Brand name or equal technical specification, shipment to Puerto Rico, and past performance. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Total Small Business Set Aside and is conducted under procedures of FAR Part 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Circular 2023-02. The NAICS 336211, and the Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 in numbers of employees. All responsible small business sources might submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
