The intent of this Pre-Solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for a contract at US Fish and Wildlife Service, Refuge Operations. This is NOT a request for a quote, proposal, or invitation for bid. On behalf of Refuge Operations, USFWS Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property, Goods and Services, SAT 2 Team intends to issue a firm-fixed award for Aerial Treatment of Invasive Species on San Bernard National Wildlife Refuge Eagle Nest Lake Unit in Texas. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 115112 Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating — Crop Dusting, and the business size standard is $9.5m. The procurement will be 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract with approximately a five-and-a-half-month period of performance. The solicitation will be available on SAM.gov beginning 03/18/2024 (or thereafter) with a proposed closing date of 03/25/2024. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. Once posted, offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at www.sam.gov. Qualified Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to provide offers electronically to the listed Contract Specialist on the solicitation.
