The intent of this Pre-Solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for a contract at US Fish and Wildlife Service, Green Bay Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office. This is NOT a request for a quote, proposal, or invitation for bid. On behalf of Green Bay Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office, USFWS Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property, Goods and Services, SAT 2 Team intends to issue a firm-fixed price award for the purchase and installation of eight (8) Minn Kota Talons 15ft shallow water anchors. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 811490, Boat, pleasure, repair and maintenance services without retailing new boat, and the business size standard is $9.0M. The procurement will be full and open competition. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract. The solicitation, 140FS224Q0087, will be available 3/15/2024 (or thereafter) with a proposed closing date of 3/26/2024. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. Once posted, offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at www.sam.gov. Qualified Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to provide offers electronically to the listed Contract Specialist on the solicitation.
