The government seeks commercial environmental assessment services for asbestos and lead-based paint inspection, sampling, laboratory analysis, quantification, reporting, and planning-level remediation cost estimates at facilities identified in Attachment 1 and a sampling matrix. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, travel, transportation, equipment, sampling supplies, personal protective equipment, laboratory services, reporting, and incidentals. Performance is at Togiak National Wildlife Refuge in Dillingham, Alaska.
