The contractor must provide all qualified labor, equipment, parts, materials, tools, and incidental services to replace the failed ATS PLC at Spring Creek National Fish Hatchery in Washington. Work includes repairing or replacing other ATS components for compatibility, restoring phase monitoring, manual and automatic generator testing with load transfer, and existing alarm-system communication. The contractor must also repair or replace three PM800 displays, perform functional testing and commissioning, and provide required documentation in accordance with the PWS.
