This is a firm-fixed-price total small business set-aside for HVAC maintenance services at the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge in Washington. The work will be performed at the Headquarters and Community Nature Center located at 28908 NW Main Avenue, Ridgefield, WA 98642. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and transportation needed to complete the work. The period of performance runs from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through September 30, 2031. An optional but encouraged site visit is scheduled for September 8, 2026.
