The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis for an immediate and critical operational need. The Government determined that delaying for full and open competition would cause unacceptable delays and could adversely affect mission operations, facility operations, employee safety, public safety, or other essential functions. It has identified a source with the capability, availability, and resources to meet the required schedule. The sole-source action is intended to minimize operational disruption and obtain the required goods and/or services as quickly as practicable. Award is anticipated subject to the availability of funds and completion of applicable acquisition requirements.
