WA-RIDGEFIELD NWR - This Contract provides for the control of target ricefield bulrush, reed canarygrass, and fragrant waterlily, through the application of chemical herbicides on specified areas at the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge (Refuge). Work shall consist of furnishing all necessary equipment, labor, and materials necessary to accomplish the specified vegetative control, with the exception of the herbicide and surfactant, which will be provided by the Refuge. Spraying will take place by rotary¿winged aircraft (helicopter).
