This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Moapa National Wildlife Refuge in Moapa, NV; has a requirement to trim non-native palm trees to continue to meet restoration goals, reduce fire risk, protect facilities, and ensure visitor safety around potentially hazardous trees per attached statement of work. Period of Performance: Date of Award - 7/15/2026. Work to be performed yearly in the times requested in the SOW. The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to the government. All responsible business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. LPTA evaluation will be based on the following 1. Capabilities statement for tree services/trimming 2. Past Performance in tree trimming via climbing and bucket truck. 3. Cost to the government. Bids shall be submitted per tree as per bid sheet.
